Single cleaning starts from 199 PLN per apartment. Detailed information abour prices you will find in the price list.
Yes, we offer after renovation cleaning service. You can book also complex cleaning of your apartment/house with professional upholstery and carpets cleaning. To set the detailed scope of the after renovation or complex cleaning service contact us by phone: 690 022 690 or by e-mail: biuro@moppy.pl. We will prepare an individual offer for you.
You can pay online by Przelewy24 via money transfer or card payment.
After booking service on the website, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details. The only thing you need to do now is to prepare all the cleaning detergents (unless you ordered one) and equipment which our cleaner should use.

You can change the date of the order during working hours of our customer service office (Mon - Fr: 8am - 4pm via phone or via mail) at least 48 hours in advance (before cleaning is to be held). We provide cleaning products in the Complex and Standard Plus packages. In the Standard package, you can choose on the order form that we provide cleaning products. If you choose the option to order without agents for the Standard package, prepare the cleaning agents necessary for cleaning: liquid for washing bathrooms and sanitary facilities, liquid for panels / wood / tiles, liquid for windows, liquid for grease, paper towels, cloths and sponges.
All the cleaners employed in our company had to go through a selection process before they could begin to perform services for our clients. We meet them in person and talk to all of our employees, we verify their qualifications and skills in cleaning.

Yes. If you are really satisfied with the work of the person who visited you, please let us know and we will arrange regular visits of this person for you. However, if it is impossible, we will for sure find you someone with equally good qualifications.
Our cleaners are professionals. However we know that you might have sometimes some obstacles. We suggest to inform our cleaner straight away about anything that you don't like. If at the end you are still not satisfy contact us. We will find the solution for your problem. According to the terms and contitions you have the rights to put in a compaint.

INSURANCE

Owner of the service Moppy.pl takes full responsibility for any damaged of your equipment or interrior design caused by our cleaners as well as the robbery. We own the insurance policy for 1 000 000 PLN. Your satisfaction is our priority therefore in case of any damage we will pay you back.
